In view of this business challenge, SecPro Africa Ltd has consolitated the partnership with Eligroup -Defence & Security Division, leader worldwide of naval service with 80 years experience into maritime sector that already worked on the similar project to supply patrol vessels to many countries, includes Nigeria.
SecPro Maritime Division, will manufacture in Italy and Nigeria the fast patrol vessel, FPV SECPRO-28, based on a very successful model with great performance and high speed, this patrol boat is built again with new composite materials including carbon fiber while still remaining ballistic protected level III.
Lightness, maneuverability and lightness guarantee high performance in any condition.
The FPV SECPRO-28 can be used for other roles out of the patrol service as Fire Figther Vessel, with 4 high pressure pumps that can be deployed immediatly in case of fire emergency on offshore platforms or ships.
The FPV SECPRO-28 is lighter then the previous "Corrubia Class" because the new composite materials and the 2 MTU engines 2000series that can reach 45knots max speed at very low fuel comsuption that can be monitored by EFMS.
The FPV SECPRO-28 is perfect for long duty with the autonomy of 1300nm navigation no stop, can accommodate comfortably 16 personnel in totally security and safety because is equipped with latest generation electronic systems and thermal-infrared vision that allow safe navigation even in bad visibility and bad sea conditions and monitor the vessel status.
